Without due process we simply do not have a justice system at all. Taking property without due process isn't just near the line, it is well over the line. It is criminal activity being perpetrated by government agent.

Another term used for this is "policing for profit". Police forces have simply taken money and property from people without due process and used it for themselves. How both old parties can support such a blatant attack on freedom is unconscionable.

There have been many cases that demonstrate the problem with this. Our current administration remains ignorant on the subject and the agencies that use it are unwilling to recognize the erosion of liberty.
